HITOYAMA LANDSCAPE LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be deemed to constitute provision to third parties:

- When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reasons
- When personal information is used jointly with a specific party, and the person has been notified in advance of, or can easily find out, the joint use, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the users, and the name of the person responsible for managing the personal information
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by the person to disclose their personal information, the Company will disclose it to the person without delay. A handling fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure of personal information.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history and characteristics information, will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") their personal information held by the Company through the procedures prescribed by the Company when such information is incorrect.
- The Company shall, when it determines that it is necessary to comply with a request under the preceding paragraph, correct such personal information without delay.
- The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has made a correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to make a correction, etc.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- The Company shall conduct necessary investigations without delay when requested by the person to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by improper means.
- When the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the investigation results in the preceding paragraph, it shall suspend the use of such personal information without delay.
- The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has suspended use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to suspend use, etc.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, when suspension of use would require a significant amount of expense or when suspension of use would be difficult for other reasons, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Policy.
- Unless otherwise determined by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when it is posted on this website.
